There are many ways you can support our work, whether as a volunteer, helping us to raise funds, nominating the Trust as your business’ charity of the year, donating a raffle prize, or even holding a dress down day at school. Every bit of support helps us to reach out to young people across the UK to help them achieve. If you can’t find the information you need below or on the pages that follow, please get in touch via our Contact Us page.

Thank you for your support.

None of our work would be possible without the support of the people who help us raise funds. Whether it’s a sponsored 10k, a challenge in the gym, agreeing to have one of our collection pots or even hosting a coffee morning; everything you do helps us to support young people across the UK on our youth engagement programmes.

We rely on a variety of dedicated volunteers in our work transforming the lives of young people who face barriers to learning. Just a couple of hours of your time could make a huge difference.

4 For Red 4 was an outdoor challenge event organized by the Jon Egging Trust in October 2013 to bring together our Blue Skies graduates and their Inspirational Mentors to undertake the young peoples’ toughest challenge yet. The event was conceived by Flt Lt Frances Capps, a friend of Jon and Emma’s. Fran was tragically killed in a mountaineering accident in February 2013 and the challenge took place as a tribute to both her and Jon.

With a strong team, we believe that anything is possible. We are made up of a small and dedicated team of full-time and part-time staff. Any current vacancies will be posted here. All of our staff are united in our shared values of inspiration, teamwork, leadership, raising aspirations and overcoming adversity. If believe that all young people should have the opportunity to be the best they can be and have the skills we need, we’d love to hear from you.

Because of the intensive nature of our Blue Skies youth engagement programme, we work with a select number of schools in each region. We regret that it is not possible for schools or young people to sign up independently to the scheme. If you are interested in finding out if Blue Skies could connect with your school in the future, please get in touch via the links on the ‘contact us’ page.

We offer a limited number of Inspirational Outreach opportunities in our regions. If you are connected to a school or youth group in one of the five regions in which we operate and would like to request a visit or a session from one of our Inspirational Mentors, please get in touch via the button below.

At the end of Level 2 of the Blue Skies program 100% of students asked said they felt confident or very confident leading a team.

The Trust relies on people like you to help us raise funds for our programmes.
Just £45 is all it costs to help completely change a young person’s life and their future.
